There is a way ,
First , You need a Ditto
Then you need to go to Day Care , And put your Ditto along with the Pokemon you want to Clone . ( It wont work with some Pokemon , like Legendairy pokemons , and some others )
Then leave the place and go back in , Talk to the Guy , He will give you a Egg , There you go .
This works on almost all Pokemon games .
