Good question, and the answer depends on you. But doing some research and logic, its comes out that they are almost the same. Both are very unhealthy, not even because of the truckload of sugar and calories, but because of the fact that they both contain phosphoric acid, which is corrosive! They are even used to erase rust and clean your car, and you can feel it erode your teeth! If you drink it a lot, a hole will start burning up in your throat and cause other serious health problems. You can even die by drinking about 6 liters! No joke! Stick with water or juice or lemonade, or anything else will be a huge choice for you.
