Malignant pigmented lesions are malignant melanoma, Bowen's disease, and basal cell carcinoma. Moles should be carefully watched for change in size, colour, ulceration, bleeding and crusting and avoid exposure to too much Sunlight and the use of sun lotion with UVA / UVB protection.
