SRI is a special edition, usually a turbo. As far as I am aware they only came in 2 door and turbo.
There is no way to lock the crank on this engine. If you are replacing the timing belt, a special tool is available to lock the cams in position

Just like any other car. All you need is the special hex-sided bit to be able to remove the plug from the bottom of the oil sump. Also remove engine oil-cap and dip-stick to help oil drain. The operation should be done with the engine warm. In this way draining will be more efficient.

i think this is an astro your talking about here and it is located under the vehicle on the drivers side about half way back, you'll need a special tool to remove it or get really frustated with a pair of pliers.should be replaced once a year for sure.
Fog lights use special brackets which sit recessed on a 2001 Chevy Cavaliers bumper. To install the fog lights mount the units into the bumper brackets. Then splice the fog lights into the existing wire harness. Use a switch if necessary.
