Light dependent reactions : The first stage of the photosynthetic system is the light-dependent reaction, which converts solar energy into chemical energy.
The light dependent reaction produces oxygen gas and converts ADP and NADP+ into the energy carriers ATP and NADPH.
In plants, light dependent reactions occur in the thylakoid membranes of the chloroplasts and use light energy to synthesize ATP and NADPH. The light dependent reaction has two forms; cyclic and non-cyclic reaction. In the non-cyclic reaction, the photons are captured in the light-harvesting antenna complexes of photosystem II by chlorophyll and other accessory pigments. The cyclic reaction takes place only at photosystem I. Once the electron is displaced from the photosystem, the electron is passed down the electron acceptor molecules and returns back to photosystem I, from where it was emitted; hence the name cyclic reaction.
Light-independent reaction : In photosynthesis, the light-independent reactions, also somewhat misleadingly called the dark reactions (they don't require darkness, but they do require the products of the light reactions), are chemical reactions that convert carbon dioxide and other compounds into glucose. It occurs in the stroma, the fluid filled area of a chloroplast outside of the thylakoid membranes. These reactions, unlike the light-dependent reactions, do not need light to occur; hence the term dark reactions. These reactions take the products of the light-dependent reactions and perform further chemical processes on them. There are two light-independent reactions: carbon fixation and the Calvin-Benson cycle.
The light-dependent reactions produce ATP and NADPH, which are then used by the light-independent reactions. :)

photosynthesis and respiration are linked because they both involve the exchange of the gases; oxygen and carbon dioxide.
Density dependent factors are factors that depend of the population (density). Such as food, water, and space Density Independent factors are factors that the population (density) depends on. Such as weather, natural disasters and random occurances.
Chemosynthesis gets its energy from oxidation of inorganic substance, photosynthesis gets its energy from light. Chemosynthesis could occur just about anywhere there are enough suitable chemicals to oxidize [metabolize], while photosynthesis could occur only when there is sufficient light.
An irrigation staining technique is used to increase the contrast of soft tissue structures on an imaging study. This is done by injecting a contrast agent into the tissue. The contrast agent is typically iodine-based. Iodine-based contrast agents can be irritating to the tissue and can cause inflammation. This can lead to increased pain and discomfort for the patient. Additionally, iodine-based contrast agents can cause allergic reactions in some patients. An irrigation staining technique can help to minimize these side effects by diluting the contrast agent and evenly distributing it throughout the tissue. This can help to improve the comfort of the patient and increase the safety of the procedure.
Glycolysis, the first stage of aerobic respiration, occurs in a cell's cytoplasm. The second stage (acetyl-CoA formation and the Krebs cycle) and the third stage (electron transfer phosphorylation) occur inside a cell's mitochondria. They occur at the inner mitochondrial membrane, which is highly folded. Therefore, most of the reactions of aerobic cellular respiration occur inside the mitochondria of a cell.
An independent variable is a variable which, in the context of the experiment or the observations, can affect the dependent variable but is not affected by it. By contrast, the dependent variable is affected by changes in the independent variable. It is quite possible that there is no independent variable, as such, and each variable affects the other.
An independent clause can stand alone as a complete sentence, expressing a complete thought. In contrast, a dependent clause cannot stand alone as a complete sentence and relies on an independent clause to form a complete thought.
Subordinating conjunctions are used to join dependent clauses to independent clauses in complex sentences. They indicate the relationship between the dependent and independent clauses, such as cause and effect, time sequence, contrast, or condition. Examples of subordinating conjunctions include "because," "while," "although," and "if."
The variable measured in an experiment is called the dependent variable" the outcome factor". In contrast, the independent variable is the experimental factor that is manipulated; the variable who effect is being studied.
The dependent variable in a scientific experiment refers to the variable that is being measured or observed to determine the effect or relationship with the independent variable. It is called "dependent" because its value is believed to depend on the changes made to the independent variable.
A subordinating conjunction is a word that connects a dependent clause to an independent clause in a sentence. It shows the relationship between the two clauses, such as cause and effect, time sequence, or contrast. Examples include "if", "because", "while", and "although".

Exergonic vs. Endergonic reactions: exergonic release more energy than they absorb. Endergonic reactions absorb more energy than they release.Exergonic reactions release energy while endergonic reactions absorb energy.
the mitochondria is the vital activities of the cell while plastids are manufacture in food photosynthesis.
Subordinating connectives are words or phrases that are used to link independent clauses with dependent clauses in complex sentences. They indicate the relationship between the two clauses, such as cause and effect, time sequence, contrast, or condition. Examples of subordinating connectives include "because," "although," "when," and "if."
