We do not know. Constellations have been around for as long as we've had an imagination. There is evidence in cave paintings in southern France at Lascaux that the constellation we know as Taurus, the bull, was also seen as a bull as far back as 17,300 years ago. So, unless you speak Caveman, we will not know the name of the first constellation.

In Greek mythology, the constellation Leo represents the Nemean Lion that terrorized the region of Nemea. It had fur invulnerable to weapons, and was eventually defeated by Heracles as the first of his Twelve Labors. The gods then immortalized the lion by placing it in the stars as the constellation Leo.
No constellation could be said to be the first. People have identified constellations since pre-historic times, so there is no record of who decided on them and which they decided on first.
