In answer to you question, yes both Adderall and Effexor can cause tics. Speak with your doctor. He will probably change dosages or since you are on a low dose of both medications try something else.
There are some alternatives to medication and have show to help some people with ADHD and Depression/Anxiety. Exercise is the first thing I would suggest to you, it is proven to help both conditions. There are vitamin supplements that may have some effect as well. Omega Fish Oil in a few studies if I remember correctly "Might" help.
