If you mean Judas Iscariot, the disciple of Jesus: no. The gospels are pretty clear that he died. (They're collectively a little fuzzier on exactly how he died and what happened to his body afterward, but there's a general agreement on the "Judas: Dead" part.)
Believing that he was still alive means you have to disbelieve the gospels, which are essentially the only indications we have that he ever lived in the first place. Hopefully you see the problem here.
