Well, perhaps not. Megaman is covered in armor (at least the classic robotic versions) and carries an actual weapon capable of blowing Sonic's head off. That seems like a pretty big obstacle in the way of Sonic giving Megaman an a*swhoopin'. However, since Sonic could land about 5 punches on Megaman's face before the android could aim his buster, I'd say they're sort of even, but advantage . . . well . . . Sonic. Course, we'll never know for sure unless a fourth installation of SSB comes out with both characters, but that doesn't seem likely . . .
