Yes. Hemophilia is sex-linked, and is much more common in males than in females, but it is not impossible for a girl to have hemophilia.

Untreated hemophillia would probably protect you from diseases caused by blood clot formation (heart attack, some forms of stroke). However, this would be far outweighed by the risk of dying from uncontrolled bleeding.

ummm, well, a girl could kiss a guy. A girl could flirt with a guy. A girl could hurt a guy. A girl could kill a guy (not advised). A girl could make love to a guy :P, a girl could - and this is the best of all - love a guy.
Since they can not stop the bleeding easily, any cuts or bruises will be a danger to them.
Hemophilia is an X-linked recessive disease which means the disease can manifest only if the genes on both chromosomes are affected. As males have only one X chromosome the disease always manifests. It is possible for a female to be affected but it is very rare.
the organelle that produces all the proteins in the body is the ribosome, but hemophillia is a genetic condition, so the ribosome is not affected at all but the genetic information that the ribosome needs to produce that specific protein.
It's most likely a hemophillia problem associated with a decrease in clotting factor Vii. Which I haven't heard much of just Hemophillia due to factors Viii and iX.
