Yes. but only if the cat and dog grow up together. They don't do well if the dog is grown and the cat is young. older cat and young pup is probably fine.

If its sick at a young age and dont get it treated then it might die then. But if it dies of old age and not a sickness then it would probaly die at age 15 - 20 years old.
