There are a number of different spiders that could be described as black spiders with a red dot on their back including the Black Widow, the Australian Redback spider and the Jumping Spider.
The katipo is a native spider of New Zealand, related to both the American Black Widow spider and the Australian Redback.
The tan and black spider with horns on its back is the Arrow-shaped Micrathena. These spiders spin their webs in spirals and hang in the center of the web, often mistaken for a piece of wood or leaf.

A black widow spider is black with a red mark on it's abdomen; this might or might not be what you meant. The black widow sometimes has a red mark on her back, as well. The red backed spider of Australia, a relative of the black widow, has an orange red mark on the back.
The katipo and the redback spider are the only two venomous spiders found in New Zealand. They are both related to the black widow spider.
that is a mexican red knee, im not sure about pink banded legs but my best guess would be the brazillian goliath birdeater...pink toes have pink toes? hope that helps
