Could a fusion reactor be used as a time machine?
Hmmm... We don't know. At least us mere mortals don't know - yet. There may be some physicists that know, but they are not talking.
Certainly, there is tremendous energy available in a fusion reaction, possibly even enough to accelerate an object to near relativistic speed and make the Lorentz transformations take effect, but I would wonder how "squashed" that object would be.
For now, lets settle on "no, a fusion reactor can not be used as a time machine".
Followup:
That answer was somewhat tongue in cheek, because the Lorentz transformations can only dilate or contract time, they cannot, to the best of our knowledge, change time. The answer remains, "no".

A Tokamak reactor uses strong magnetic fields to contain the fusion reaction. While significant progress has been made in the field of fusion, temperatures high enough for continuous fusion have not been sustained for long periods of time. (Chemistry: Matter and Change; book)
To return to the past, you must repair the time machine. There are many missions required to do so. Once the machine is repaired, you have to have unlimited access to continue. Hope that helps!
Fusion splicer has the capability and features like battery capacity. This splicing machine takes a high-resolution 5inch LCD display. The fusion splicer machine's technical specification is splicing heating time that is the 30s. The machine storage is 8000 results and the data transmission is through the USB port. There are lots of technical specifications for the fusion splicer machine.

Nuclear energy already is being used on a large scale. Perhaps you are asking about nuclear fusion, which is not being used for energy at this time. The technical difficulties for fusion power are difficult. The temperatures for the reactions in stars would vaporize any substance we have, and we could not contain the pressures. On top of this, a reactor has to have a way to get fuel in, and the whole operation has to produce more power than it uses, which is a problem in this particular case. If we can get by those difficulties, by using magnetic force fields, for example, then we could use fusion power.
An example of residence time calculation in a chemical reactor is determining the time it takes for a reactant to completely react inside the reactor. This calculation helps in optimizing the reactor design and process efficiency.
A breeder reactor is one type of nuclear reactor, but not a type that is in general commercial use at the present time
for a couple of years Einsten was totally devoted for the his masterwork in inventing Time machine. he died before he complete his whole theory and the perfect model of time machine
Nuclear reactor kinetics is the branch of reactor engineering and reactor physics and control that deals with long term time changes in reactor fuel and nuclear reactors.
Some difficulties of fusion include achieving and sustaining high enough temperatures and pressures to initiate fusion reactions, containing and controlling the extremely hot plasma, managing the intense radiation produced, and designing materials that can withstand the extreme conditions inside a fusion reactor. Additionally, the current technology is still undergoing research and development, requiring substantial investment and time before commercial fusion power can be achieved.
