Probably a 'no-brainer.' You were released on the hope, and your promise, that you would lead a clean, straight life. You chose not to, so in all probability, you will be sent back o not only finish your original sentence and, in addition, you will be charged and tried for the misdemeanor offense as well.

How much time can a parolee face on a misdemeanor robbery charge?

I'm unaware of any charge of robbery (the taking of property from a person by the threat or use of force) being a misdemeanor. In any event, a common condition of parole is "commit no crimes." The commission of any offense could result in the revocation of parole with the parolee being sent back to prison, plus the consequences of the new crime.

It is a violation of parole stipulations for a parolee to consort with known or not commonly known felons in every state. It is not a violation of law, so is not a crime. It would still result in a technical rules violation that would likely get the parolee returned to prison.

What does lockdown mean for a parolee?

"Lockdown" is a prison term generally meaning confinement for the entire facility for all inmates in their cell, room, cubicle,or bunk. It is a means of control used by prison officials to maintain order when there are heightened security concerns.Lockdown to a parolee could mean essentially the same, only with the obvious difference being a parolee is not in the prison environment so would be required to stay within the confines of his residence, room, or perhaps a temporary stay at a local jail or other corrections facility.

4-8 months or 44-92 months if the value of embezzlement is less than $100,000 or more than $100,000 respectively. If the value is over $100,000 then you are facing Class Cfelony charges that carry a potential sentence of 44-92 months in prison for a first time offender.

Can a person be on probation and parole at the same time?

Yes, however, it's very rare. Under general circumstances, if the individual is on parole, then they've just been released from a state correctional facility. For the individual to be put on probation (after release), it means that the parolee committed a new crime, which means the parolee also violated the parole agreement. If this were to happen, usually, the parole would be revoked and the individual would go back to prison. However, in rare circumstances, the parole board will give the parolee "another chance", and not send the parolee to prison.
