My guess would be that something like that is impossible.

Orihime is just reversing time on a body, reversing the wounds thus healing it.

Arrancars were already Hollows that were made more powerful with the Hogyoku/Aizen so IF Inoue would do something like that then they would just revert to hollow.

Orihime though doesn't have that much power to go that back in time, and when she performed her "healing" on Grimmjow she just brought his arm back.
