No because a ship would be deep down into a thing and a tornado would not be able to lift it up.

However, considering its size a tornado of EF4 or EF5 intensity might be able to lift it if it were exposed on the surface, but probably couldn't carry or throw it very far.

Probably not. An EF2 tornado can lift a car or the roof of a house, but cars are not carried very far. A strong EF2 might cause it to slide horizontally a bit.

Probably. Tornadoes in the EF5 range have been known to lift up structures such as large churches, and houses that were bolted to their foundations.
