You can use any microphone with Audacity that will work with your computer. You might choose a USB headset from Logitech if you want to do lower quality voice recording. For higher quality, choose a USB microphone from Blue, ART or Audio Technica.
I would recommend AUDACITY. You can get it from sourceforg and type in audacity. You download the project and you are good to go.
I would recommend TurboTax, because I use it for my taxes in the United States. TurboTax does have software for T2 Corporate Tax Returns, which I believe are for Canadians only.

I would definitively recommend a diesel watch. They are attractive, and affordable especially if you buy online at Nordstrom. Diesel watches come with a long time of good buys.
