There isn't a fabric paint that changes color when it gets wet. But, there is a fabric paint that changes color when it gets warm in the sun. There is also a type of nail polish sticker that changes color when exposed to the sun.
Hello,
Yes, Fabric paints often get washed off the fabric material if the material is of cheap quality and are not well processed before being for sale. One should check the fabrics before they buy such material. So we should keep these points in our mind before purchasing it. So I usually purchase Fabrics from well-known stores. Such as Dremfabrics, which is specialize in retail and wholesale of all types of African fabrics and accessories. So one should go for it.
Thank you.

Duncan washed the paint off his face because he wanted Alice to recognize him and not be frightened when he rescued her.
You can decorate with fabric paint on fake patent shoes. Most store like Waltmart, Zellers etc... have a section on fabric paint, it comes in tube or bottle and once dried it will not come off.
You can't without destroying the cardboard.
Latex paint bodysuits are designed to be washed off easy. It is suggested that an undergarment is worn.

Because fabric paint is made specifically to stick to clothing, it can be difficult to remove from fabric. A few things which help remove it are rubbing alcohol, hair spray, and hand sanitizer.
Just did it. I was using fabric paint on a canvas tote bag and it got smeared bad deep into the texture of the canvas. It was still wet but drying quick so we used toothpicks to scrape off all we could. Then we used Goof Off (after testing a small area) rubbing it in with a stiff little paint brush that we cut short to make a miniature scrub brush. That dissolved the paint but it was still in the fabric. Using a cotton swab we went over it with water. That diluted it further and we were able to use a cloth to blot it out. All this thanks to my husband who held his cool while I was freaking out. Fabric paint is meant to be permanent on cloth. You really cannot get it out.

Simply soak fabric in liquid starch and apply to the wall. To remove it will peel off easily and wall can be washed down...great for apartment dwellers.
they just painted it... if it washed off from rain... well thats their problum
yes you can use fabric paint let dry then use clear spray so you can wipe off the prints...
Water based paint is fairly easy to remove. If it is still wet, you can just simply wipe it off with a wet cloth. For paint which has dried, you can use mild soapy water and then rubbing alcohol.
