Well, as far as I know addictions come from mm..... always being into it or always doing or watching it. This isn't bad if the addiction can do nothing to your health but no addiction has no negative effect on you, anime or cartoon or any program in the tv addiction causes you to stay up late and makes you weak! Smoke addiction very bad to you and the people around you! Computer addiction gets you just like tv addiction! Drug addiction consult a specialist and try to stop! So those are the only addictions that are common I still don't know how to stop them because I am an anime addict! And in love with an anime!
