If it was necessary and not on a school night if you ask me.
Depends on how paranoid the parents are. Usually no one cares.
im twelve myself and i would love to babysit a one year old child..if i was in that position i would ask the parents everything i want to know..and when you figured out when you need to feed the child and maybe how to change its diaper and what you do to keep it busy, then your fit to babysit a one year old -there are probrably more questions then the ones that i listed -the parents will have to give you infromation themselves
Just say it will be a good experience for when your older and the cell phone part say it saves them buying you one. :) <3
What is the legal age for babysitting? There is no law that says what age you must be before you can babysit. The parents decide the age they want their kids to babysit and the person that wants them to babysit. Don't let anyone tell you that you need to have a babysitter's license because there is no such thing. Only a couple of states have set laws regarding this. Typically a 12 or 13 year old will be okay for a younger sibling. The parents think about...1. Age and Maturity2. Your Experience as a Babysitter3. The Age and Number of their children4. How long will you be babysitting{A few hours, one evening, overnight}5. Whether you can handle any special needs of the children.
No, there are no laws for babysitting in Texas. There are probably laws regarding child care facilities.
Well, if you are watching them on the job, that could be one reason (slacking). If your watching them on your own time, then they have no right to fire you.
One can learn many different lessons simply by watching footage of Hurricane Katrina. One could learn to appreciate what they have while they have it, as well as utilizing safety techniques to keep one's family safe.
If you are eleven, I recommend only babysitting one at a time because it could be a little difficult managing two.
I believe you do have the right to babysit. No one can tell you that your grandchildren are not allowed to visit you in your home.

You could have a garage sale, or start a stand selling (cakes, muffins, lemonade ETC). Set up a pocket money system with your parents, or do extra jobs around the house. If one of your parents has a Amazon or Ebay account, ask them if you can sell some of your stuff that you don't use anymore. You can also rake leaves, or snow for you neighbors. You can also babysit. You could also walk your neighbors dogs.
