Not that we know of yet, but there could be.
Europa is well outside the "Cinderella zone" where liquid surface water could exist, and has very little atmosphere to keep it from boiling if it did.
However... Europa appears to be a frozen ball of ice, but there's good reason to believe that under the ice is a huge, deep ocean of liquid water. Life manages to exist on Earth at the bottom of the ocean near thermal vents; it's at least plausible that life on Europa could do the same thing.
Europa is the fourth largest moon of Jupiter. Scientists think that life may exist on Europa because there is evidence that liquid water may exist beneath its icy surface. Europa is pushed and pulled by the high gravity of Jupiter as well as by the gravity of Jupiter's other moons. This makes Europa expand and contract and causes it to heat up and this heat may cause some of Euorpa's icy crust to melt under the surface. So, there may be lakes and oceans of liquid water on Europa. Water is a major requirement for life. If there is liquid water on Europa, there may be life.
Not all of the moons have atmospheres and those that do aren't made of the same stuff that Earth's atmosphere is made of. Because of our makeup, design, etc. We were designed to breathe oxygen. Either Europa is an icy moon with no atmosphere or might be be the one with a methane atmosphere. That's why NASA & SETI are looking for Earth-like planets for an Earth-like planet that we could inhabit someday. There are so many moons that I have a hard time remembering which is which. We could breathe on it if we terraformed it. No matter how much we try, we can't adjust to that atmosphere or outer space, it's toxic to us. Unless we bio-engineer ourselves to adapt/evolve/etc; but that's a ways away.
