Yes, of course you can be Autistic and still go to college.
Many Autistic people are highly intelligent so will not only go to college but often outperform their peers or even attend college before peers of the same age. Although many Autistic people require support to be able to attend college, although support for Autistic students is improving often it's not sufficient or they force support on Autistic students which is inappropriate to their needs.
it is not recommended for someone to go to college when 16 try other carriers to which you could reach 18 when ready to start college
Yes, a college is a school.
Yes They can if they want It DOESNT MATTER WHO YOU ARE DUHHH

No, Autism doesn't go away as it is who you are.Autism is a neurological difference as a result of genetics, you are born Autistic and you will be Autistic throughout your entire life. Autism isn't something that can go away any more than you could change your race or change your genes: your brain can't change to that of a neurotypical person.
No. At one time a student could go to college if he had a parent that had died or was disabled. This benefit was cut in 1981 under the Reagan Administration.
no
i don't think it is possible you could go because your GPA average is supposed to be 3.0 in college! i dnt think you could go because you GPA average is supposed to be 3.0 in high school i meen!
no sorry
well you could go to technical skool but i would go 2 college. ok?
You wouldn't, not if you cared about Autistic people. Autism Speaks is widely considered a hate group by Autistic people. They use hate speech and propaganda about Autism to increase their profits, very little of their profits go towards helping Autistic people and their families, and instead Autism Speaks support 'curing' Autism which means preventing Autistic people being born. The organization has no Autistic people in their leadership, they refuse to listen to Autistic people who tell them that they are causing harm to the Autism community, they also support anti-vaccination movements, torture of Autistic children, and they sympathize with parents who murder their Autistic children. If you're interested in helping Autistic people a better organisation to get involved with is the Autism Self Advocacy Network - this is run by and for Autistic people and does a lot more to help Autistic people than Autism Speaks ever has. Go to their web site and Facebook page to see what opportunities they have available to work with them or to do fundraising.
