If you are 10 days late but the pregnancy test is negative, it is pretty certain you are not pregnant. These tests will start to show a positive result a couple of days before your period is due, so it would be a definite positive by now if you were pregnant.
If you have gotten your period, you are definitely not pregnant. It could be just a little lighter this month - nothing to be too concerned with unless it happens next month.
More than likely you are not pregnant....especially if the home test says negative.
