Could you be pregnant if you just had IVF with a grade 1 egg and you normally have 26 - 27 day cycles and day 28 was very light spotting and day 29 was almost nothing?

It's possible this may of been implantation bleeding from the IVF but I wouldn't like to say. Perform a pregnancy test in 2 weeks. Good luck.
