I would go get a blood test done if I were you. Don't stress yourself out or you will be even later if you are not pregnant.

Yes, it is certainly possible for someone to be pregnant if she has not had a period in three months. If she had regular periods up until that point and is not pregnant, that is also possible reason for concern, so it would be best to check with your physician either way. Hope this helps! Dr. B.
It is unlikely you are pregnant if the test was negative. That test will show positive once you are about 2-3 weeks past conception. If you have missed two periods you would be at least 8 weeks pregnant.
There is a chance that you still could be pregnant and just didn't wait long enough to take the test... Although you could just be late starting because of your nervous sometimes when you have been worring about something the mind starts to play tricks with you and can even have your bodly functions fall in two play...Some people get as far it thaught that they stop all there bodly functions and it tricks there bodies in to thinking that that's truly whats wrong with them... So the best advice I could give you would be to tell you to wait and get tested again and if it shows negative see a doctor about it...
Modern pregnancy tests are very much sensitive and can detect minute amounts of pregnancy hormone esp. HCG in urine and blood.Virtualy the chances of being pregnant in absence of a positive pregnancy test are almost nil that too after 1 month of stoping ur periods.Keeping in view that birth pils, iregular cycles, resuming cycles after childbirth may b eratic and in early cycles after menarchae and even psychological stress can be a cause for the delay of cycles. Also one should keep in mind other endocrine causes of cesation of cycles besides pregnancy. You can be but the store test are not as accurate as the doctor office. Go and see your doctor and they will give you a more definative answer. If you have had major changes in your life lately with lots of stress, sometimes that affects your period or you could have another medical issue, like tissue build-up in the cervix that would cause the period to miss.....
