No you can get a code or a welcome pass if you go into your local build a bear workshop. ask the clerk if you could get a welcome pass. and they should give you one One thank you and two i can't because i don't live near any buildabearworkshop in order to get one. that is why i asked for one online. i do have a yahoo person and so i asked on there but i am kind of depressed now.

If you go to the actual babw store you can get a unused buildabear welcome pass, you can get up to 5 bears maximum with that welcome pass, and once the pass has been used 1 time on a character, no other character can use the same code. Only the person who used it first, can. The welcome passes are free.

if you go on build a bear you anc go up to the ? on the top on the left of your screen. you can tell them that you need a welcome pass because you dont have a bear and they will give you a welcome pass. hope this works for you.
