Ok. Sit down and write the nice things you remember about childhood. Make a list of words and then put them together. You don't mention how long it needs to be or the type of poem, but you can take your list of words and list them as nouns or verbs. Then, you put a noun/verb combination together for each line. Remember you don't use articles the same as you do in a regular sentence. Add adjectives to each.

Example:

Christmas morning

Tree all in glitter

Sits my doll in pretty pink.

Lights sparkle and shine

A ball, a bat and Ballet slippers are mine

Christmas morning is magic.

In fields we'd roam and skies we'd chase, Days of laughter, nights of grace. Innocence and wonder, fleeting bliss, Childhood's memories, sealed with a kiss.
