yes il help you

when drwaing a food chain or just ,aking one up of your own, then in my opinion i would always start with the producers first, which are the plants which produces there own food and doesnt eat any other living thing. So they go on the bottom,

and then, say for instance we put grass on the bottom, then you have to think what sort of animal eats grass, which could be a rabbit, cow, sheep, horse, etc, but im going to do a sheep!

so we have grass as the producer at the start, and then we have sheep which is one step up to the side. The sheep is called a consumer because it eats the grass, which is a producer, but also the sheep can be called a prey as it is prey for the next animal up in the food chain that we are going to look at.

The next animal up, i will do a human because we eat sheep. So the sheep is second in the food chain and then i will put human third up. Humans are called predator because predators are the ones who eat eat and the ones who catch their prey.

In a more complicated food chain there would be more animals and more animals called predators and prey as there will be lots more up the food chain who are eating meat and who are consuming the producer, from all different sides, but remember, there is always only one producer and it is always at the start

The only thing left to do now is to to put the arrows in between the animals. You need to get the direction of which way the arrows are pointing correct or it will be wrong. You need to do it in the direction of, that the grass is being eaten by, or giving energy to the sheep, so it needs to be an arrow from the grass, to the sheep and pointing to the sheep. That is the same with the others as well, so from the sheep pointing to the human.
