You could just endure it, if its just a crush then it will fizzle out. Or give them a reason to break up with you, or say like a relative died or something and that you need to be alone for the moment.

To you it might not be a valid reason but to them it could. If you feel it's not right ask the person why it is so important to them and listen to what they have to say. Then you can both decide what is right. I don't know the reason therefore I can just give this opinion.

Jealousy. Or they could simply be looking out for you. Just giving your friend the benefit of the doubt here. If your friend knows your boyfriend is a bad person or just thinks that he is not good for you or you would be better off then that could be a reason.
