Absolutely...............I know within a 24 hour period of concieving that I am pregnant. I instantly feel nauseus and have tender breasts.......my sense of smell is heightened and every thing smells offensive to me. I have a strage taste in my jmouth and i am overly tired instantly. I am so certain of my symtpms that I do not even do a pregnancy test before booking myself into hospital so yes it is absolutely possible to have symptoms after 4 weeks.

∙ 12y agoYes, it takes a few days for the sperm to reach the egg and fertilize it but you can't know if you are pregnant or not until you can take a reliable test and that is the earliest 2 weeks after sex.

∙ 12y agoYes, it is possible to have symptoms of pregnancy such as: -head aches -high temperature -bloating -dioreah -breast tenderness -fatigue In the first couple of weeks. But then again it's different for each woman!
