Iam on Mirena have been for a year but now Iam two months late having all the pregnant symptoms I have taken one blood test and two at home all came out negative could I still end up pregnant though?

It's possible to get pregnant on Mirena, but rare. Your pregnancy tests are negative. Absent periods are a normal side effect of Mirena.

Can you still be pregnant if you are two months late and you took a home test but the result is not pregnant?

A home pregnancy test is most likely to be accurate if it is positive meaning if you had a negative test you should be monitoring if you could be pregnant. You could have taken the home test too early to detect pregnancy. The best thing to do is to go to the doctor and get a test done there to rule out pregnancy.

Can you be pregnant if you have backaches headaches stomach disorders food cravings and sore breasts?

Yes you could be pregnant. If you have all those things happening you should have taken a pregnancy test. If negative wait a few days and retest if menses is still absent.(Reminder, it is possible to have menses and be pregnant, however such sypmtoms would usually be associated with PMS.) If still negative you should see a doctor anyway in case of ectopic pregnancy or other underlying medical issues.

I am 4 days late but have taken 3 home pregnancy tests all negative could I still be pregnant?

Its very doubtful. 4 days late isn't alot. I was once 8 days late for no reason. I wouldn't worry especially haven taken three tests.

If you have missed 2 periods but have taken 6 tests that have been negative also your feeling fluttery feelings in your stomach and it feels heavy and slightly hard could you be pregnant?

After 6 negative tests it's very, very unlikely that you're pregnant. but the question is why did you miss out on two periods? this is not a normal occurrence... you should still seek medical help regarding this...
