The flag that formerly featured a large 'R' belonged to the Republic of the Congo. This flag was used from 1970 to 1991, during a period when the country was known as Zaire under the leadership of Mobutu Sese Seko. The 'R' symbolized "République" and was part of a design that aimed to reflect the country's identity. The flag has since been changed to a new design without the 'R'.
(x-0)² + (y-0)² = r²
x2 + y2 = r2, where r is the radius.
Rwanda had a green, yellow, and red striped flag from 1962-2001. The R in the center distinguished it from Guinea's flag. They changed it to a green, blue, and yellow flag with stripes and a sun in 2001 because the old flag had become associated with the Rwandan Genocide.
The equation of circle is (x−h)^2+(y−k)^2 = r^2, where h,k is the center of circle and r is the radius of circle. so, according to question center is origin and radius is 10, therefore, equation of circle is x^2 + y^2 = 100
Press the Windows Flag and R at the same time; once the "Run" box is open, go ahead and type in the input area "cmd".
