On most D-series motors such as the 1.6L D16a1 and D16Z6, or the 1.5L D16b7 ect. the TDC sensor is in the Distributor and will probably need to be replaced as a unit.
On a D16Z6 Honda Civic, the air intake temperature sensor is located on the intake manifold, typically near the throttle body. It is often positioned on the side of the manifold, near the intake air duct or air filter housing. If you're having trouble locating it, refer to the vehicle's service manual for specific diagrams and details.
No the ckf and the ckp are not the same sensor for a 2000 Honda civic. The crank fluctuation sensor is behind the crank pulley and can be changed fairly easy with some mechanical knowhow when the timing belt is done. The crank position sensor is built into the distributor. To change this sensor you would have to rebuild the inside of the distributor or replace the entire distributor. Hope this answers your question.
D16Z6 engine are manufactured by Honda company and are found in three models of Honda Civic (Si, ES and ESi) and in 2 models of Honda Del Sol (Si and ESi).
