Someone put a modified version of msvcp60.dll into your system32 folder. Find and put the original back (your windows install disk or use the link I added).
Your library is corrupt.

Be sure and have XP Sp2 Minimum on system
Arrow loops were very narrow windows in the castle walls and buildings. They could be located just about anywhere. There is a link below to an article on arrow loops.
GetProcessId is not supported in Windows 2000. You have to have at least XP SP1.
The fusible link on a 2000 Cavalier is under the hood. It is located at the lower front of the engine.
Fixed by going to Add/Remove Programs, "ArcSoft Print Creations" - select "Repair" See also related link.
The 1995 Mercury link connection is located on the bottom of the dashboard. The link connection will be on the passenger side of the dashboard.
