it is a physical change because no chemical propertys were changed if u really felt the need to u could find a way to put them back to their original shape -SARAH :)
Preparing the food. Washing hands. Washing and cutting up vegetables/fruits. Cutting up meat/fish. Getting together all of the materials and ingredients, pots, pans, salt, pepper, etc.
there are many vitamins and minerals in vegetables not found in meat that the body needs, you may be able to make up for them with supplements but then theres fiber which keeps you regular. the cheaper option is to eat the veggies.
They don't absolutely have to be diced, but cutting them up small and to similar sizes ensures they cook quickly and evenly. I often slice them finely.

When something from one food, usually liquid gets on another food. Raw meat on the counter or cutting board and them vegetables put on the same counter or cutting board. They are going to pick up blood and any bacteria that may have been on the meat.
You can write a command sentence, "You cut up up the vegetables", or "(you) Cut up the vegetables." Or you can insert a person's name instead of using 'you'.
Washing the board after cutting meat is not necessary if you are going to put the vegetables and meat all in the same pot. However, it is a wise habit to clean the board and the knife before continuing since bacteria can spread to other areas. For instance, you wouldn't want to make a salad on the board without washing it.
It means to do something different. For example, "This party sucks. Lets shake things up!"
