Unless your doctor tells you differently biking is perfectly healthy while pregnant. Remember your center of gravity is different, so you may want to stay on smooth surfaces to help prevent falls.
It is beneficial to exercise while pregnant. You don't want to be starting out on your first bike ride at 6 months, but if you have been cycling before your pregnancy and you don't lose your sense of balance the way some pregnant women do, then by all means maintain your fitness level and continue cycling all the way through your ninth month. I did just that as a recreational cyclist, and you can find many stories of professional cyclists and triathletes doing the same. Make sure to stay well hydrated on your rides and make sure not to over heat. Disclaimer: be sure to get the okay from your doctor first.
Good exercise, but be careful ... wear a helmet, bring a buddy.
