There is no particular reason why the tubes have to go over the ears to get to the nostrils. Arrange them any way you like, as long as they remain in place. Possibly they could travel over the scalp and forehead, avoiding the ears, and be held in place with a headband. (Not too tight, to avoid cutting off the flow of oxygen.)
Probably not washing behind your ears. Make sure you wash behind your ears every night with a wash cloth and soap.
yes they have ears on their wings
it depends on what type dragon it is if it is a. if it is a deadly mater than it has no ears. but if it is a night fury than it does not have pointy ears it has blunt ears

because something in your ears do something to the eardrum, we just learned in science
every time something like a loud or soft noise enter your ears the drum starts to hit against the the anvil.
wellgenerally the blood has some oxygen in it but ears cant breath so yes they can --- If the question is actually supposed to refer to ears working in a vacuum, the answer is no. If ears are placed in any other form of medium that is devoid of oxygen, the answer would be yes. You can hear under water, but you can't hear in space. The point is, a medium is required for the transmission of sound waves to travel to the ear. That medium doesn't necessarily have to contain oxygen.
I think you heard it wrong. There is a phrase "wet behing the ears," which means a novice at something, but nothing about writing behind the ears.
If you are asking if ears are different for every human then yes. They are as identifiable as finger prints and are used in the UK as such.
they suck it in through their ears
