what could be wrong is you might have a vacuum leak somewhere or something is disconected in the dash that switches to the vents. I had a problem with my 97 blowing air threw the floor and it was a little vacuum leak that caused it
If it blows only out the defroster vents : then check for Vaccume leak Rick ASE L-1 Master TransMichigan.com
somtimes a mouse moves into the blower motor and makes a nest ?
I've got a better question, why is this question in the Chevy venture forum ?
check heater fan to see if it is working.
thermostat may be stuck open so engine doesn't get hot enough to blow warm air. Had the same problem on a Taurus once
If you are talking about the thermostat in your engine, the two have nothing to do with eachother. If there is no air at all coming out the vents, I suggest it is your blower motor.
Cannot tell from the question if the problem is:Air is not blowing at allAir will not come out the dashboard vents, versus defrost or floor directional settingsSee "Related Questions" below for coverage of both
i had the same problem .. i got frion and put it in and it worked fine
vacuum leak the vacuum reservoir is below the left head light, check the hoses
Drive it. It will relearn itself. It may take a few drive cycles.
Likely heater core. I had same problem with 1996 S-10 with 4.3L.
If air blows from defroster only, the vacuum line to the blend door may be broken. You can access most of it under the hood.
