The First thing to know is that we are having two ilks of Customer viz:
Happy and Unhappy. So this will be known by their attitude towards you an attendant, so having this at the back of your mind whatever they do or say to you will not affect you or make you fled up. And as they always say that Customer always right this sometimes made them act otherwise so continue rendering your service anyway though sense of protecting ones personality at times may be a barrier of letting things go but one has to do.
