take swampert to level 70 and get some other Pokemon and train them to at least lv62. some examples- riachu, aggron, swellow, slaking, flygon, etc... You don't have to choose the Pokemon i told you. get any Pokemon you want but get a variety of different types of Pokemon
Only if they are above level 60 ---- Swampert is excellent at the Battle Frontier. Depending on which game you are playing on, the other two team members can vary. I'm using a Swampert, Skarmory and Latios - This team can defeat all the Brains in Platinum.

try using bug type moves.
Drake is the Dragon-Type using trainer from the Elite Four. He is your opponent before you face the champion.
If you are using ruby or sapphire, you will see drought/thunderstorm. then you take the red orb/blue orb and go to the cave of origin and fight groudon/kyogre. You can either catch or defeat it. If you are using emerald, you will see groudon fighting with kyogre. Then u must go to the sky pillar and find rayquaza. After you defeat/catch rayquaza, you will see a cut-scene that rayquaza stopping the fight. When you have defeat the elite 4 you can catch groudon and kyogre.
Kyogre ( cause it is a legendary) then there is other strong ones that you can get pre-elite 4 such as Walrein, Golduck, Swampert( starter fully evolved), Starmie, Milotic ( very rare) Lanturn, Wiscash, Kingdra, Gyrados, Wailord, Ludicolo, Crawdunt Any water pokemon that can evolve is potentially a strong pokemon to use. Using base stats Kyogre is the best with 670 and then Milotic,Gyrados,Kingdra= 540 Swampert= 535 Wailord, Golduck= 530
Swampert does not evolve. Marshtomp evolves into Swampert at lv.36
Here are some types, evolve your trapinch to flygon and have each Pokemon in your party have at least one move to beat the elite four. First elite four member has dark types so have your breloom learn sky uppercut or focus punch to beat him. Second elite four member has ghost types you can evolve your marshtomp to swampert then use earthquake or surf to win. Third elite four member has ice types so use skarmory and use moves like steel wing. Fourth elite four member has dragon types so have your swampert now the move ice beam to take care of it. Lastly steven(only in ruby and sapphire) has steel types so using your breloom once more will be good or your swampert, in emerald the last member Wallace has water types so using breloom again with a grass type move like mega drain will ensure victory. Sorry but you need to not have swellow it really can't do much at the elite four however if it is strong enough you can defeat the first and fourth member with it. My suggesstion is to switch swellow with maybe a metagross. Each of your Pokemon need to be at least level 50 to ensure victory. Good luck!
Swampert isn't capable of learning Ice Beam via leveling up. Swampert can only be taught Ice Beam by using the Ice Beam TM.
yes it will be a baby mudkip
Well, without a gameshark you could keep on re battling the Elite 4 or trainers.
