Relief Society Super Saturday is a Saturday activity or meeting of the Relief Soceity of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church). Typically a Super Saturday meeting focuses on crafts, homemaking activities, or humanitarian service rather than gospel teaching. Some Relief Societies hold these meetings on Wednesday and call them "Wacky Wednesday". They are just fun names for the 'other' Relief Society meetings that aren't held on Sunday.
