Stress is the mental and physical reaction you encounter to challenging situations. Stress can be caused or arise from many different situations. Feeling stressed all depends on your view to how difficult a situation is. One situation that arises in a persons life may be overwhelming to one individual, yet to another it is normal and perfectly acceptable. Hence this individual feels no stress while the other one does.
