Fatigue is common among people with clinical depression. Science isn't exactly sure why, but treating your depression is the first indicated step; medication, talk therapy, and God. I am not a doctor but a patient. This is only my opinion.
Fatigue could just be a lack of sleep, but depression makes you less motivated and more apathetic.

It is known that pain in itself can actually cause depression. Fatigue from lack of sleep or the illness itself also contribute to depressed feelings.
