The oceans are water, and hold well over 90% of Earth's water. Lakes and rivers make a small contribution. The polar ice caps, which are shrinking, are also holding water, but only a little bit. There is water vapor in the air but compared to the rest of the repositories, it isn't much. And there is a bit of subteranean water. Want numbers?
