beneath your ribs slightly to left of the centre. Not near the bottom of your ribs under your breast / chest.. If you are in a quiet room, put your hand over your chest where i have said you heart is located and concentrate .. You can feel/hear it.

∙ 11y agoThe heart sits directly in the middle of the chest. However it is tilted to the left.
It does not sit in the L thoracic cavity as commonly thought, i.e. R palm on L chest when saying the pledge of allegiance. In actuality one should actually press the hand in the center of the chest onto the sternum and tilt the hand to the left to say the pledge of the allegiance if aiming to put ones hand on their heart <3
