Facts are, the report on the Obama administration to overhaul old laws governing the mining of gold and uranium, and make new laws offer permanent protection to national landmarks like the Grand Canyon. In the pass five years they have seen an increase of 2000% of mining in the west. Gold ussualy occures in streams, rivers so there would be a lot of gold in the grand canyon. This is all due to human activity and is being stopped with new laws by Obama.
