This is a great question for you if the interviewer asks it. It is an opportunity to tell the interviewer how your strengths fit the role. So it might be an interpersonal strength that you have like being a great team worker. Or you can highlight some relevant experience such as your experience of dealing with customers.
It's not a trick question! Use it to help sell yourself.

∙ 9y agoEmployers ask this question because they want to know why they should hire you. If you are asked to discuss your strengths, focus on those strengths that also align with the position for which you are applying.
