94 did come with it. LT1 started in the 93 Z28's it has a strong motor i have a 94 z28 and iv done replaced 3 transmissions

It's an IROC Z28. They are the same thing. they were the same in between 86-69(not positive on those years). iroc stands for international race of champions. once the license to use the name expired, the iroc z28 returned to just z28.

depends carberated or fuel injected. Probably carberated, if so it has fuel air mixture screws on it and idle screws on it. could need adjusting , best tuned by a pro or someone with experience.
