Aye was NOT an honest person, at one point being Akhenaton's right hand man when Akhenaton introduced monotheism to ancient Egypt - to the point that Aye is depicted in ancient artifacts as worshipping the god Akhenaton believed in (Aton) - then whisking King Tut and his wife back to the area where polytheism was the belief and ultimately marrying King Tut's wife after his death. Some believe that Aye may have murdered King Tut, at the very least he was hypocritical and disrespectful to the memory of King Tut's father.
