Well, the ancient Mexicans built a Nepohualtzitzin which is like an abacus. The only other one similar is the Chinese one. These were the first computers in the sense that they compute in the strict sense of the word. They were used for complex mathematics. The Incas had this also. So yes, they did build the first computers, along with the Chinese, and the ancient Peruvians.
